Russia is intensifying its attempts to sabotage Swedish shipments to Ukraine, the Swedish Armed Forces warn.

Since 2022, the Swedish state has donated 20,000 tonnes of defence equipment and supplies to Ukraine.

“There is a threat. Acts of sabotage have also occurred in this area. It is a threat that we see growing—it is escalating,” Brigadier General Lars O. Jonsson, head of logistics at the Swedish Armed Forces tells Swedish Radio News.
